2007 StreetStage Atlanta Festival Volunteer Release

I, _______________________________________(name printed), agree to be a volunteer at the 2007 StreetStage Atlanta Festival. I understand that I am a volunteer and that I represent the StreetStage Atlanta Festival.  I agree to treat each guest of the event with dignity and respect.  I understand that I may be relieved of my volunteer duties at any time and for any reason by the StreetStage Atlanta volunteer coordinator.  I understand that I may not serve as a volunteer if I am under the influence of alcohol or drugs.  By signing this release I give permission to StreetStage Atlanta to utilize my photograph in any materials produced by StreetStage Atlanta.  I understand that I am not an official spokesperson, employee, subcommittee or board member of the StreetStage Atlanta Festival, Inc.  I understand that I am not authorized to speak on behalf of the StreetStage Atlanta, Inc. and I may not obligate StreetStage Atlanta, Inc. in any contractual matter, nor do I have decision making authority with regard to public safety matters.  I agree to abide by all rules set forth by The StreetStage Atlanta Festival, Inc. and further agree to hold harmless the City of Atlanta and The StreetStage Atlanta Festival, Inc. for any acts performed by me outside the scope of my activities as a volunteer.
